>Women Leaders Conference < 2007 in the Redouten halls of the Vienna Hofburg:

On the 30 th and 31 st May 2007 the Redouten halls of the Vienna Hofburg played host to this year’s
‘Women Leaders Conference’ with stars of the international political stage such as Ursula Plassnik and Condolezza Rice.
Expoxx Messebau GmbH was contracted to provide the structural framework for the press conferences and
stage-led discussions.
Transparent edge elements were used to separate conference participants.
These created a pleasant atmosphere on the stand. The backdrop for the long speaker’s lecterns was achieved with the use of blue, back-lit rectangular shapes made of opaque stage plates.

In addition to the tailor-made conference tables there were also a special focus of attention in the centre of the Redoutensaal hall created by the specially constructed circle covered with mirror film.
The ‘Women Leaders Conference 2007’ was a success for everyone involved.
Working in cooperation with DI Arch. Neversal, Expoxx Messebau GmbH was again able to show just how reliable and
skilful the company is at providing event services.
